Why should you get to know charlo123?
Why should people get to know me? I guess it must be that I am unique, my own person. I don't always conform to society and convention. I can be quite strong, but actually deep inside and only when you get to know me better, I am actually mush. I'm a sucker for cute puppies and kittens but can be quite disdainful of fools. I don't tolerate laziness or fools lightly and believe there is no excuse for bad manners. A lot of people might see my behaviour as arrogance, I see it as confidence. There is always a silver lining to every storm cloud, although maybe not always immediately visible.
I am a nurse and I work in ICU. I love the sun, sport (most sport, although I have yet to figure out the point of rugby! Why not give each guy a little leather ball of their own instead of watching however many grown men fight over one little ball!),Likewise, punish yourself by running the Comrades when you can just get in your car and drive? I enjoy a good read and am always ready for a good war movie. My appearance is pretty average, although how I am supposed to say what my appearance is like when most of the time our self perception is distorted. How would my friends describe me?? Fairly intense, but laid back at the same time, with a wacky sense of humour. Having teenage kids, I am into just about anything that can be called music, but my favourites are nickleback, queen, breaking benjamin and 70'/80's music

How would I describe my ideal match? Anyone as long as they have only two eyes and one mouth, preferably not more than two arms and two legs and preferably someone with a brain. Good looks would be nice, but hey, beauty is in the eye of the beholder and not all beauty is visible to the naked eye. Preferably someone with a backbone and manners would be nice.
